WHAT MAKES CrossFit Roseland DIFFERENT?

At CrossFit Roseland, you will not find rows of elliptical or weight machines. What you will find is a facility equipped with barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyo boxes. You will find plenty of floor space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – functional movements. This means that all of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that for the most part, mimic movements performed in everyday life or sport.

The program varies which means you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are rarely longer than 40 minutes they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

Our community plays a very important role in what we do here at CrossFit Roseland. Everyday day you will see athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Everyone moves at their own pace to reach specific fitness goals. Together we sweat, we are supportive, we are competitive, we are humble, we are strong. We hope to create a gym that will become your second home.

OUR MISSION

CrossFit Roseland is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals to reach superior levels of fitness. We are located at 16 Eisenhower Pkwy, Roseland, NJ 07068. Our training is suited for ALL levels of fitness; from children, to grandmothers, to elite athletes, and everything in between.

In today’s information age we move less, sit more, eat poorly, and have a limited amount of free time. This chair-borne lifestyle has taken its toll on our bodies, leaving us energy deprived, inefficient, and injury prone. We only have one body and one chance to take care of it. Let’s seize this opportunity to take full control of our health and fitness.
