CrossFit Lite is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workouts without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. This programs is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than our regular program. The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. Sparta Lite classes are great for weight-loss or extra conditioning.
