CROSSFIT ROSELAND'S INDIVIDUALIZED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

INTRODUCTION: ROSELAND I.D. PROGRAM

At CrossFit Roseland we have learned that individuals who get a personalized program created achieve greater results than those who train by doing the daily class workouts.

The Roseland I.D. program was developed to help you meet your individual goals faster than with generalized strength and conditioning classes.

  • What if you have a knee injury and can’t do lunges or squats?
  • What if you have been doing too much “cardio” and need to build muscle and balance in order to prevent pesky injuries?
  • What if you have a weight goal in mind and are not losing as fast as you’d like
  • What if you want to focus on Olympic Lifting?

At CrossFit Roseland we can provide you with an effective, goal oriented program created just for YOU, regardless of your age, current physical condition or past athletic history.

ROSELAND I.D. IS AVAILABLE FOR:

  • Individuals who would like a systematic approach to accelerate their level of health and fitness
  • Individuals who have specific goals they would like to meet or certain areas they would like to improve upon
  • Individuals who had previous injuries and would like a fitness program designed to strengthen the area of injury
  • Newcomers to strength and conditioning training who have goals in mind, but are unsure where to start

WHAT DOES ROSELAND I.D. INCLUDE?

  • Weekly individualized programming
  • Two one-on-one personal training sessions per month
  • Nutritional counseling and monthly meal plan
  • Two nutritional/performance supplements per month targeted towards your individualized program
  • Unlimited strength & conditioning classes
